![]() to rectify their mistake, when they could simply reverse the cc charge. The last thing I wanted to do while on a very brief vacation was to get out my laptop, locate my bank/routing numbers, the correct bank address, etc. I'm assuming that this is due to the fees they would be charged by refunding my cc-they never really gave me a reason as to why they couldn't do it. Instead of refunding me directly to my credit card (which is how they charged me), they insisted on refunding me to my bank account and refused to just refund to my cc. My main gripe was around the poor customer service that I had: The hotel made a mistake in charging me twice for reservation deposits, and it was not handled well. Other than that, as another reviewer mentioned, it's more of a 3-star hotel than a 4-star, so as long as you set your expectations it's a decent stay: it's a little bit worn and dated, the "gym" is quite small/old for a hotel that's marketed as a wellness spot, and the pool isn't heated so it was impossible to get in in mid-May. The on-site staff is exceeding helpful, and the breakfast is solid. Stay here and you should not be disappointed.…įirst, the good: The location is fantastic as you're only a couple of minutes away from the restaurants and shops in Naoussa. Complimentary breakfast was the largest supplied for our entire trip with many options and if you want something else like an omelette, Stel will make it for you. Prices are very reasonable and all food made on-site is very good quality. The pool is so refreshing and pool area is perfect to chill out at all day or go to a beach and then end your day by the pool. The patio overlooking the distant beach water was private. Our room was very spacious and bed was so comfortable. Ask Stelio at the bar to make you a breakfast Freddo Cappuccino it was the best in all our Greek travels. The staff and all the Stelios’ fellas are extremely friendly and welcoming. ![]() We stayed here 3 nights but felt like it wasn’t enough as the beaches and downtown area are unforgettable. This hotel is in a safe walkable (10min) distance to downtown Naousa. Paros is perfect and a quieter / less crowded version of Mykonos with amazing beaches and downtown area. We wish we could have stayed longer here during our Greece adventure.
